This situation requires a delicate balance to bridge the distance between the institutions of productivity and its commitment to the principle of profit to cover operating costs and create added value to its business, and labor rights of citizens provided for by law and includes elements of encouraging many to urge the national labor force to engage in the private sector.
Of course there are still points of convergence between the parties to the production process in the spirit of the laws, mixed with a sense of national responsibility to support the national economy and to encourage free investment, and to improve the standard of living of the citizens who make the effort to develop performance and improve the skills of scientific and practical in order to become an active force in the overall development process.
The government was keen to bring the budget required and provide the foundations of the budget, until it became our laws allow the trade unions and federations of workers caring for the interests of workers, and cooperates with international organizations concerned with labor and workers in the world to reach the best means to do their tasks, whether in the labor union or trade unions , in order to communicate, transparency and balance in addressing labor market issues multiple limbs.
And adopt the General Union of Workers Sultanate in achieving this objective, to disseminate the culture of free and open debate, and holding training courses on trade union action to consecrate the principle of dialogue and to clarify the functions and roles of trade unions towards resolving the labor issues in order to avoid many of the problems that may arise between the worker and the employer, and the development of arts collective bargaining, which take into account the interests of all parties and helps to improve the language of dialogue to the level of civilization construction. In this regard came the training workshop entitled (social dialogue and collective bargaining), organized by the General Union of Workers of the Sultanate members of the governing bodies of trade unions in Salalah today in cooperation with interested stakeholders, local and global.
