Japan: limited losses: In an earthquake followed by tsunami
Tokyo agencies: An earthquake with a magnitude 7.3 degrees off the coast of northeastern Japan, felt in Tokyo, to the fall of the ten wounded and caused tsunami reached a height of one meter.
