New York agencies: the UN Security Council will discuss the direct response to North Korea, which failed to launch long-range missile.
The United States delegate to the United Nations Susan Rice said the council "condemns all" and considers it a violation of Security Council resolutions. Said Rice, who holds the rotating presidency of the Council for the month of April, the Council "agreed to continue consultations on the appropriate response" to what was done by North Korea. But they did not disclose the timing or nature of this response.
The members of the Security Council that failed experiment carried out by North Korea to launch long-range missile in violation of international sanctions against it and that banning them from conducting nuclear tests. The rocket exploded in the air after it was launched and landed in the sea, and Pyongyang acknowledged the failure of the launch, which had said it aimed at putting a satellite in orbit.This is the third attempt that fail to put a satellite in orbit after two previous attempts in 1998 and 2009.
